Works in Tax, Government Relations, M&A and Strategic Litigation, focusing on data centers, technology, oil & gas, energy, fuels, the chemical industry, infrastructure, ports, agribusiness and export chains, and trading companies.

Her career combines in-house legal leadership, strategic litigation and the management of tax, corporate, governance, capital markets and debt restructuring matters. She holds a master’s degree in Tax Law from FGV-SP and has led tax departments at companies in the petrochemical, agro-industrial, heavy construction, infrastructure and contact center sectors. As general counsel, she coordinated business-critical fronts, including tax, external oversight, corporate, governance and capital markets.
