Felipe Pessoa

Works in Public Law and Strategic Litigation, focusing on infrastructure, transportation, airports, agribusiness and export chains, financial services and insurance.

His career combines senior public-sector roles, experience before the higher courts and specialized training in white-collar criminal law and business management. He served as Chief of Staff and Undersecretary at Brazil’s Ministry of Economy, where he headed the legal office of the Secretariat for Economic Advocacy (SEAE), and worked at the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) and the Federal Supreme Court (STF) with a focus on criminal law. He holds specializations in Economic Criminal Law from IDP and in Business Administration from Hayek College, and is certified in corporate due diligence.
