Victor Taranto

Works in Public Law, M&A and Strategic Litigation, focusing on mining, energy, infrastructure, airports and technology.

His practice combines regulatory, corporate and contractual advice to clients in the mining and infrastructure sectors, with experience in M&A transactions, contracts, dispute resolution and complex litigation. He holds a law degree from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, specializations in Corporate Law from FGV/RJ and in Mining Law from PUC/MG, and completed additional training in Financial and Economic Planning for Sustainable Critical Mineral Projects at the University of Toronto.
