Evaristo Pinheiro

Works in Government Relations, Public Law and M&A, focusing on infrastructure, heavy construction, oil & gas, fuels, agribusiness and export chains, mining, financial services and data centers.

His career combines executive experience in the private sector, public service and leadership of industry associations. He was an executive at multinational engineering and petrochemical companies, a civil servant at Brazil’s Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services (MDIC) and at the Chamber of Foreign Trade (CAMEX), and served as president of SINICON. He currently chairs the National Association of Private Refiners – RefinaBrasil, advising companies and institutions on strategic matters at the intersection of markets, regulation and government.
