Maria Carolina Falavigna

Works in Tax and M&A, focusing on tax planning, tax analysis and the structuring of tax solutions for companies.

Her practice focuses on tax advisory work, supporting transaction analysis, the interpretation of tax legislation and the development of legally sound alternatives for business decisions. She holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP), is pursuing an LL.M. in Tax Law at Insper, and served as a judicial assistant at the São Paulo State Court of Justice (TJSP).
