Wagner Parente

Works in International Trade and Government Relations, focusing on infrastructure, ports, heavy construction, the chemical industry, agribusiness and export chains, financial services, data centers and trading companies.

His career combines legal experience and high-level academic work. A professor at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), he holds a master’s degree in Law from PUC-SP and an MBA in Management from FIA. He advises companies on building institutional solutions focused on legal certainty, efficient decision-making and alignment between business strategy and legal management.
